Patient Profile Page
Overview
The Patient Profile page displays a patient's full profile, including their photo, registration status, and login ID. It also provides access to their Order History, Refill management, and saved Addresses through a tabbed layout.
Left Panel — Patient Summary
The left side of the page shows the patient's profile card:
Profile Photo — Displays the patient's photo if one has been uploaded. If no image is available, a placeholder is shown. To upload or change the photo, click the orange edit icon on the image. The image width must be less than 1000px and must be in png, jpeg, or jpg format.
Patient Name — Shown in bold below the photo area.
Patient Registered badge — Indicates the patient has registered their own online account.
Edit button — Click to edit the patient's profile information.
Patient Login ID — Displays the unique login ID associated with the patient's account.

The right side of the page contains three tabs:
1. Order History (default view)
2. Manage Refills
3. Addresses

Tab 1: Order History
The Order History tab shows all past orders placed for this patient. It contains three sub-tabs:
1. Formulas — Displays formula orders placed for the patient (default view).
2. Orders — Displays general order history.
3. Products — Displays product orders.
Formula History
The Formulas table includes the following columns:
- Formula Name — The name of the formula ordered. A small icon next to the name indicates additional formula details.
- Type — The formula type (e.g., Granule, Tincture).
- Order Date — The date the formula was ordered.
- Ordered By — The practitioner who placed the order.
- Refill — Indicates whether the order was set as a refill (Yes or No).
- Price — The price of the order.
- Actions — Click the three-dot menu (...) to access additional actions for that formula.
Table Controls:
- Records dropdown — Select how many records to display per page (e.g., 10 records).
- Search field — Filter the visible records by keyword.
- Column sorting — Click the arrows next to any column header to sort by that column.
# Order History — Orders Tab
Herb Dispenser — Patient Profile
Overview
The Orders tab is the second sub-tab within the Order History section of a patient's profile. It displays a full list of all orders placed for the patient, identified by unique order numbers.

Sub-Tabs
The Order History section contains three sub-tabs:
- Formulas — Displays formula orders placed for the patient.
- Orders — Displays the full order list with order numbers and statuses (current view).
- Products — Displays product orders placed for the patient.

Orders Table
The table displays all orders associated with the patient with the following columns:
- Order # — The unique order number (e.g., #HD_71997). Each order number has two small icons next to it:
- External link icon — Opens the order in a new view.
- Delete/cancel icon — Allows you to cancel or remove the order.
- Order Date — The date the order was placed.
- Ordered By — The practitioner who placed the order.
- Order Status — The current status of the order (e.g., Cancelled, Pending, Complete).
- Refill — Indicates whether the order was a refill (Yes or No).
- Order Price — The total price of the order.
- Actions — Three action icons on the right side of each row:
- Reorder icon (two arrows) — Reorder or duplicate this order.
- Edit icon (pencil) — Edit the order details.
- Three-dot menu (...) — Access additional options for the order.

Table Controls

Tab 2: Manage Refills
This tab allows you to manage scheduled or recurring refills for the patient's formulas.
