Patient List Page
Herb Dispenser — Patient Management
Overview
The Patient List page displays all patients associated with your account in a sortable, searchable table. From this page you can search for existing patients, add new patients, and perform actions on individual patient records.
Page Buttons (Top Right)
- Add New Patient — Opens the Create New Patient form to add a patient manually. Same as clicking "Add Patient" in the left sidebar.
- Upload Patients — Allows you to bulk import multiple patients at once by uploading a file.
Section 1: Search Patient
- Search Bar — Type a patient's name, email, or phone number to quickly filter the list.
- Advanced Search — Click the orange Advanced Search button to access additional filtering options for more specific searches.
Section 2: Patient Table
The table displays your patient records with the following columns:
- Name — The patient's full name. Click the column header arrow to sort alphabetically.
- Email — The patient's email address on file.
- Phone — The patient's phone number.
- Date — The date the patient record was created.
- Created By — The practitioner account that created the patient record.
- Actions — A set of icon buttons for managing each patient (see Action Icons below).
Table Controls:
- Records dropdown (top left of table) — Select how many records to display per page (e.g., 10 records at a time).
- Search field (top right of table) — Filter the visible records in the table by keyword.
- Download CSV — Click this link to export your full patient list as a CSV file.
- Column sorting — Click the up/down arrows next to any column header to sort the table by that column.
Action Icons
Each patient row has four action icons on the right side:
- History icon (clock) — View the order or formula history for that patient.
- Edit icon (pencil/square) — Edit the patient's profile information.
- Location icon (pin) — View or manage the patient's shipping address.
- View icon (eye) — View the full patient profile in read-only mode.
